Dean Feltmann - President: Born in Minnesota, Feltmann Inc. President Dean Feltmann, started his first construction company there in 1978. He brought his company to South Carolina over 20 years ago, and has built a solid reputation in the Lowcounty founded on the company's expertise in general contracting, commercial and residential roofing systems, as well as being the premier chimney restoration company in the area.
Christine Loll - Executive Administrator: As a college intern, Christine worked in the Accounts Receivable / Payable department of General Motors main office. After GM, Christine became a Radiology Technician for MUSC here in Charleston, SC where she stayed for 8 years. Christine then ventured back into the business world as paralegal for a small firm in the Lowcountry before landing at Feltmann Inc in 2001. It is her organizational and personal skills that allow her to manage all of the day-to-day operations of Feltmann Inc. Christine and her favorite dog, Lochsley, reside on James Island.
Matt Bliss - Field Supervisor: With over 24 years of experience in the residential & commercial construction field, Matt brings superior knowledge and skill to Feltmann Inc., where he has been for the last 15 years. Matt's specialty lies in roofing, and concentrates on flat roofs. Matt is an avid fisherman, and resides in Goose Creek.
George Jacobs - Repair Specialist: George was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He later moved to Virginia, attended high school and college, and worked as a certified nurseryman. He soon began working in the sheet metal layout & fabrication business. After returning to Charleston in 1992, he honed his skills in the roofing industry and began working with Feltmann in 2003. His roofing expertise and interpersonal skills makes him a valued member of our staff. He currently resides in Summerville with his wife, Ashley, of two years and their beautiful daughter.
Peter Reeves - Senior Estimator: Born and raised in the Charleston Historic District, Peter began his career in the Navy, where he was a 2nd class petty officer. After the navy, Peter was senior vice president at Covenant Development Corporation, where he developed retirement communities all over the southeast. His success with Covenant launched him into founding Drexel Mead Development Corp, where he concentrated on Commercial Real Estate. After a 35-year career in Real Estate, Peter turned his attention to construction, and was hired by Feltmann Inc. in 1997. Peter resides in West Ashley with his wife Marilyn.
