Dean Feltmann started his first construction company in 1978. He brought his company to South Carolina over 30 years ago, and has built a solid reputation in the Lowcountry founded on the company's expertise in commercial and residential roofing systems and general contracting.

Joining our residential estimating team in 2013, Gary has been a fantastic addition to Feltmann, Inc. He has a Communications degree from Appalachian State and is very personable and honest with his clients as he takes his job to heart. He loves biking on the beach, surfing and enjoying nature with his sidekick Artemus.

Having been in the construction industry during the wrath of Hurricane Hugo, Heather felt right at home here with Feltmann. Her instinct for leadership, attention to detail and organization landed her in the perfect position. Born and raised in North Carolina, she exudes southern hospitality. Over the years she has worn many hats throughout business and does what it takes to make companies efficient and profitable. She has 3 incredible children, who are her greatest blessing. She loves nature, especially the beach, exploring diversity in humanity and creating a lived-in luxe life.

Meet Shannon Wilborn, a dynamic commercial roofing estimator hailing from the heart of Roanoke, VA, but calls Charleston, SC home since 1999. With a distinguished background as a Navy veteran and boasting 25 years of unparalleled sales expertise, Shannon embodies the essence of discipline, leadership, and community service.
Having served his country with honor. Shannon has a proven track record in both commercial and residential sales that brings a unique blend of integrity, attention to detail and dedication to every project he undertakes. It's not just about the numbers for Shannon; he genuinely cares about the needs of his clients. His customer-centric approach is a testament to his commitment to delivering not just a service, but a solution tailored to meet the specific requirements of each individual client.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Shannon has one son and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, while boating, fishing, and enjoying Charleston sunsets. With Shannon at the helm, you can rest assured your roofing needs will be met with excellence, integrity, and a genuine passion for serving others.

Michael was born on a farm in southern Indiana and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Kentucky (Go Wildcats! ) with a bachelor’s in chemistry. After graduation, he moved to Hilton Head “for the summer.” Michael is married and has three beautiful girls. Michael calls James Island home now. When giving the opportunity, he enjoys time on the Lowcountry’s beautiful waterways. He enjoys exploring James Island County Park, whether it is on bicycles or on the stand up paddle board. He and his wife take pleasure in Charleston’s rich culinary scene, preferably without the kids!

Having come from a varied background of landscaping, CNC work and extensive metal fabrication, George was brought into the Feltmann team over 20 years ago. He is our lead leak specialist, problem solver and quality assurance supervisor. He enjoys his family and being a support for his community.
